How Do I Use This Site?

This website is intended to be used only by people who need drivers manuals or technical help. All manuals and individual drivers should be free although driver compilations or driver disks are a paid for product. If a Windows® operating system is required it can only be purchased as a download supplied by a Microsoft® Authorized Digital Partner (we are not licensed to copy any version of Windows® to any physical media of any kind). To use these Windows® operating system downloads users must already have their Product Key.

1) Find Your Windows® COA (Product Key) We do NOT supply you with a serial number / product key

***You only need a product key to reinstall Windows® You do NOT need a product key / serial number to install or use a driver disk or any other product on this site!***

A Windows® COA / Key / Serial Number / Product Key / is required if you wish to re-install your Windows® operating system or use the factory reset processes.

Windows COA

A Windows® COA (Certificate Of Authenticity) looks like the above. The Windows® COA is Typically a 25-character alphanumeric string printed on a sticker affixed to your PC or on documentation included with your PC. Sometimes for some newer laptops the COA may be inside the battery compartment. If you don’t see a COA, it’s likely that Windows® isn't properly licensed on that PC and may even be counterfeit software.

Don't have a Windows® COA on the base or side of your computer? Maybe you cant read it or the COA is damaged or unreadable. No problem!! use our free COA License Key Finder to retrieve it from your laptop, desktop, netbook or PC. Only use this if you can not find your COA any other way because manufacturers use bulk disk images and the same product key to active hundreds of computers at a time. This embedded OEM product key number may not be the actual number on your COA and this bulk OEM product key will not active your new install. So you really do need to have your actual COA product key number and only use this product key finder if you have no other choice or way to recover your Windows® Product Key.

2) Choosing The Correct Product

Once you are sure you have valid Product Key, you then buy the version of Windows® that you need. Make sure that if your COA and Product Key states for example "Windows® 7 Home" that you only buy a "Windows® Home", it does not matter what language it is or if its 64 bit or 32 bit, but the actual original product type does matter. Your Product Key will not work if your COA is for "Windows® 7 Home" and you buy a "Windows® 7 Ultimate". We will not refund you if you download the wrong version! We will however allow you to re-download your correct version.

3) Pay For Your Product

We use a PCI compliant payment gateway Zoftar.com. You can pay with any debit or credit card. Once you have paid you will be asked to download the download manager.

4) Downloading Your Item

Once you have purchase the item, you will be asked to install the Windows® Vista XP compatible EZ93 download manager or the Windows® 8 7 compatible EZ93 download manager. These versions of the EZ93 Download manager are related to the operating system you are using and are nothing to do with the the operating system you want to download! This software will protect your purchase and ensure verified un corrupted digital delivery. The download manager will also make sure your download can resume if interrupted. This system was developed due to the sheer size of some downloads. As an order can consist of 1 x Microsoft® Windows® DVD plus 1 X driver CD and 1 x data recovery cd, you could be downloading a total of 5GB. As we all know too well, downloads and internet connectivity can easily fail, the downloader makes sure you can download your items as many times as you need and resume at any point. Be assured this is a very small piece of software and is guaranteed to be virus and malware free. Feel free to uninstall the download manager after you are happy that you have successfully downloaded all your purchased items.

5) Installing Windows® 7

There are so many documents and videos out there with some of the best advice and information availble, there is no point us posting more than one video!. A Google search for installing Windows® will glean many results!!

6) Installing The Driver Resource DVD

After the installation of your operating system you will also need drivers. Our driver resource DVD is like no other! Any normal collection of drivers would get out of date very quickly, drivers are also notoriously hard for the user to get right. We believe that a driver CD containing a bunch of compressed files, is just not good enough. Our system will supply you with the very latest drivers for your chosen Windows® 7 operating system. The driver resource DVD will provide every driver you need to get your system running right after you have installed Windows® 7. Once you have internet connectivity you will also be able to update every driver to the latest version. This driver system will also check, repair, and update every device driver all in one easy update.
